Shipping Policy

When can I expect to receive my shipment?

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of placing the order. Depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location, shipments are expected to arrive between 10-20 business days after the shipment date. We apologize for any delays that may occur due to Customs clearance, inspection, or transportation delays caused by the carrier service.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation email. You can use this number to track your order at www.17track.net.

What are your shipping rates?

We have a fixed shipping rate of $5.99 USD for all destinations worldwide.

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we do ship worldwide. However, if your country is not supported by our logistics, we will notify you immediately and make necessary changes to your order. For more information about our destination listings, please contact us at postmaster@chicsmileshop.com.

How can I change my shipping address?

Changes to the shipping address are only allowed until 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order is placed. You can contact us at postmaster@chicsmileshop.com to request such changes.

Can I deliver to an address other than my credit card billing address?

Yes, you can.

How are my orders shipped?

Orders are shipped during business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be shipped the following Monday.
