How do I place my order?

To place an order, follow these steps:

Add items to your shopping cart. You can choose to check out through our website or via PayPal. If you choose to check out through our website, click the "Checkout" green button on the right side of the screen. If you choose PayPal, click the PayPal button. You'll be directed to our Customer Information page where you'll be prompted to enter: Email address Name Address If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the "Discount" field on the right side of the screen. Be sure to click "Apply" to calculate and apply your discount. Click "Continue to Shipping Method" and ensure you've entered the correct delivery address. Once done, click "Continue to Payment Method." Enter your payment details. You can choose to indicate whether shipping and billing details are the same if applicable. After completing the form, click "Complete Order." You'll see a screen confirming your order with an order summary, and you'll also receive a confirmation email.

What if there are missing or incorrect products in my order?

For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at postmaster@chicsmileshop.com. Please provide your transaction reference number (Order #) and include proof (image file size should be below 1MB). We'll be happy to reship the correct item at no extra cost, and you're welcome to keep any wrongly sent items as a gift from us.

How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?

You'll receive a confirmation email containing your Order Number and purchase details.

I would like to change items in my order. What should I do?

You can make changes to your order until 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order was placed. Contact us at postmaster@chicsmileshop.com to request changes.

How do I add items to my cart?

To add items to your cart:

Navigate to the page of the item you're interested in and select your preferences. Click the "Add to Cart" button to move the item to your shopping cart. Enter the quantity you wish to order using the "Quantity" field. How do I view what’s in my shopping cart?

Click the "Cart" icon in the upper-right corner of your screen to view items in your cart. Identify the item you want to remove and click the "Remove" link below the quantity.

How do I change the quantity of items in my cart?

Click the "Cart" icon to view items and quantities in your cart. Adjust the quantity by entering a new number in the "Quantity" field next to the item.

How do I make payments using PayPal?

How do I use a discount code?

To use a discount code:

What is your cancellation policy?
